Sushia is not liable to you or anyone if errors occur in the information or if that information is not up to date.
Product and price information is subject to change without notice.
ONLINE ORDER
Purchases made online are to be collected at the store of your choice during its normal operating hours on the day designated for pickup. Sushia takes its customer satisfaction and food safety seriously. To ensure maximum freshness and for food safety reasons all food collected should be refrigerated ASAP and must be consumed within 3 hours from the designated time of pick up. NOTE: Please Order at least 1 day Before. To ensure Australian food safety standards regulations are adhered to, orders not collected after 3 hours of the designated pickup time will be disposed of as a health requirement with no consideration of reimbursement.
ORDER QUANTITY LIMITATION
Each product order is limited to a maximum of 10 units per transaction.
Orders exceeding this limit may be automatically adjusted or cancelled without prior notice.
PAYMENT TRANSACTION
Please note that the credit card transaction is conducted through Stripe System, credit card numbers are not stored on our servers to ensure your security.
All checkout pages with the https://order.sushia.com.au/ website are sent over SSL/TLS connections.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) cryptographic protocol technology by using both server authentication and data encryption.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type, message, pick up date and nominated store are correct before you place your order. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, no changes are permitted. The order will be charged to your account accordingly.
Please allow 10 working days to process your refund process.
There is no refund for any cancellation less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
The above cancellation terms apply to both online and in-store orders.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER
Please note that even if requested, Sushia can prepare allergen-free or gluten-free products, but cannot guarantee that they are completely free from allergens or gluten
Please be aware that there is always a risk that traces of allergens may be transferred to a product during processing, storage, or preparation at store kitchens. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that any product sold is free from traces of listed allergens. Therefore, no food items are sold as allergen free.
Subject to law, Sushia will not be liable for any costs, fees, claims, damages, charges whatsoever, including medical and dental costs, if a customer has any adverse reaction to a product sold through a Sushia store.
